Mr. Suicide Joker puts the RT in 'art'
In a turn of hardly surprising events, it's been announced that Jared Leto (AKA that actor we're not sure how we feel about) will be playing Andy Warhol in the new biopic titled "Warhol." The film will be written by Terence Winter, the wordsmith who penned the scripts for high-octane bangers such as "The Wolf of Wall Street" and 50 Cent's underrated tour-de-force "Get Rich Or Die Tryin." Winter also has written various episodes of "The Sopranos," so you can be certain this man is packing some serious heat with the ink.
Coming off his action-packed turkey known as "Suicide Squad," one can assume Leto is trying to get as far away from the superhero genre as possible - and what better way to do so than to dive head first into the world of high art. All jokes aside, Leto is a good actor, and we're confident he can bring it as the Father of Pop Art. We imagine he'll be spending at least six months living inside a can of Campbell's soup to properly research the role.
