This week AGENDA Trade Show took over New York City for a two-day preview of upcoming in streetwear this season. Over a hundred premiere urban apparel companies set up shop on Pier 92 in NYC from 10 Deep, Champion, Herschel Supply Co, The Hundreds, to name a few.
Expect spring fashion to be colorful and decorated with patterns. Orange is definitely not going anywhere soon, however red, blue, and yellow seemed to be the colors of choice for a lot of brands this spring. Plus camo is back! Yes, you read that correctly.
Champion had one of the best booths of the show. On top of the live art and a t-shirt customizing station, their new collection was bold focusing on primary colours for their new zip up hoodies, windbreakers, and joggers.
Another eye grabbing booth was the Flex Fit display, which featured a large neon cap installation which encouraged people to “think.” Across from the cap, tunes were provided by Papercut, as well as a few free publications from VICE and menswear magazine MR.
Some of the most standout pieces came from Ethik Clothing who had a colourful 90s-inspired collection. Featuring windbreakers, soccer inspired activewear, as well as a range of graphic t-shirts - Ethic is definitely a brand to watch out for.
Civil Regime also had a great spring collection for women which included neon orange long sleeves, embroidered bombers, and checkered pattern details.
