WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept any major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as payment. We also accept payments through Google Wallet and PayPal. If you select PayPal as a payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal's payment page where you can either sign in using your PayPal details or create a PayPal account.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RULES?
At this time we only ship to the US - we ship to all 50 states. Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the size of your package and your location and will be calculated during the checkout process. Your package will be shipped from our location within 1 business day of receiving your order; we offer USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and Standard Mail shipping options.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be able to track the progress of your shipment online if you selected a traceable shipping method during your checkout. Use the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped on the first business day after it is received. You will receive your package approximately 2 to 7 business days after that depending on your location and shipping method chosen.
DOES WORLDCLASSNEWYORK.COM CHARGE SALES TAX?
We ship from New York. All orders delivered to a New York address will be charged sales tax based on their local shipping address. This tax will be added to your total charge during the checkout process. Shipping addresses in all other states will not be charged sales tax.
IS MY INFORMATION SAFE ON WORLDCLASSNEWYORK.COM?
All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection. World Class does not share any of your personal information with any third parties unless required for the completion of the transaction.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In the rare case where a package gets lost in the mail, we will replace if for you at no charge if you selected an insured and traceable shipping method. However, we are not responsible for any packages if your tracking number indicates they have been delivered to your address.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from World Class. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. We will only issue a refund if you received a defective product or if we made an error on your order.
Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). Please include a printout of your original order with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, we will process the return, and you will be notified via email with a discount code worth the value of the returned merchandise. We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
